1) Complete the no obligation application form and we will get back to you within 1 to 12 hours during the week.
2) We will confirm availibility and answer any question or concerns you might have.
3) To secure accommodation you need to pay a deposit. (refundable 21 days after lease expires)
Once that is done:
4) You will recieve a confirmation of your booking via email with all the details of your accommodation.
5) Before you move in you must pay your first months rent and lease fees (R450 + VAT)
6) When you arrive, you must sign the lease agreement (contract)
